Being home again Tip #1!

If I was ever asked what one tip I would give a mission minded person I so know what it would be!

DO NOT GO RIGHT BACK TO WORK AFTER A LONG MISSION TRIP!

Being back feels a little weird. Seeing loved ones was so nice, but I was almost to tired to enjoy seeing them! My flights were all delayed! I thankfully made the last flight from Dallas to Abilene. Which got me home around midnight Abilene time and 7am the next day Ireland time! When I finally got home I was so glad to just be able to go to bed!

Because of the traveling issues I had on my way back I hadn't slept for almost 3 days (time difference, and having to get up super early for the bus which meant no sleep the night before I left). I did get a little shut eye on the planes but not much. Plus Ireland time is different. So my body kind of freaked a little. The traveling issues made going back to work interesting!

Yes that's right I went straight back to work just a few days after getting back. My old boss heard I would be back in time for one of our busiest weeks. So without thinking I said I would work! I am thankful though to have some work. Still not completely sure what is a head of me now that I'm back. But that might be because I need sleep!

First Sunday morning back I got to sit with these 2 awesome friends! Who don't normally go to my church!

We celebrate birthdays at work even when things are crazy!
